Hey Ladies, you’ve seen that TikTok, right? The one where it says “I don’t want to be strong, like a man, who looks pretty. I want to be STRONG like that B**** who fights bears in the forest!”We’ve taken that video to heart, so we’re introducing a new program led by Coach Sarah: Babes Who Fight Bears! The class will be a ladies-only Powerbuilding class, which uses the 3 main lifts of Powerlifting (Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press) and concepts of hypertrophy used in bodybuilding to increase muscle mass through time under load. This class is for ladies who want to lift heavy, and put muscle mass on their frames so they can fight bears, intimidate their enemies, or whatever they put their minds to! Classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7am-8am
