Elevate your fitness regimen with our Pump & Burn classes, an excellent standalone option or complement to Group Cross-Training. In this hour-long session, we balance strength training and conditioning for optimal results. During the 'Pump' segment, engage in a total body workout focusing on building lean, solid muscle. Our experienced coaches will lead you through exercises utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. Transitioning to the 'Burn' phase, experience a high-energy cardio session designed to elevate and sustain your heart rate, igniting calorie burn and boosting endurance.
It's extremely important to us that you feel safe and comfortable jumping into our classes. Nothing will derail your consistent fitness routine like an injury or feeling completely lost. That's why, after your free trial classes, we require all new members (experienced or not) to start with one of our "getting started" programs.

Experienced?
Sign up for our Movement Assessment. We trust that you know what you're doing but we also want to know about your limitations and any pain you have. This 30-minute assessment is $35.
Once you've completed a "getting started" program, you can choose from one of our group fitness memberships.
