Our group cross training class combines expertly designed strength training and high-intensity conditioning to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement, followed by a strength focus where you'll use equipment like barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and squat racks to develop power and technique. The conditioning segment incorporates tools such as medicine balls, sleds, rowers, assault bikes, ski ergs, and sandbags to push your limits and improve functional capacity.
