For children aged 8 to 10, our Youth program focuses on building strength, agility, and confidence in a supportive group setting. With a curriculum tailored to their developmental stage, participants learn essential movement patterns and foundational fitness skills that set them up for success both on and off the field. Join us for classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 3:30pm, and watch as your child grows stronger and more resilient with each session.
