This is a 6-week system designed to help you build the habits that actually stick so your training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset start working together and creating desirable results in your life.

Most people already know what they should be doing. The real problem is execution. This program is designed to fix that.

Over six weeks, you’ll follow a structured habit system that reinforces consistency across training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset—while competing on a team for real, measurable results.

This is not a crash program.
This is not a hype-based challenge.

This is about building habits that last—and proving it with results.

How the Competition Works

Participants will be divided into two teams.

Throughout the 6 weeks, teams will compete across four key categories:

1. Fitness Performance

Improvements in strength, conditioning, and physical capability.

2. Body Composition

Measured progress in body fat percentage and overall composition.

3. Daily Habit Execution

Consistency in completing the core habits around training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle.

4. Education & Reflection

Engagement with weekly lessons and reflection assignments that reinforce ownership and long-term behavior change.

Every action counts.
Every habit matters.

Your results don’t just affect you—they contribute to your team.

Winners & Recognition

At the end of the six weeks, we will recognize:

🏆 Winning Team – The team with the highest combined score across all four categories
🏅 Top Male Overall – Best total individual performance
🏅 Top Female Overall – Best total individual performance

This isn’t about extreme dieting or overtraining.
It’s about who can execute the fundamentals consistently.
