1. What if I’ve never worked out before?
Perfect! This program is specifically designed for beginners or anyone who feels out of shape. You’ll be in a supportive environment with expert coaching to guide you through every movement safely and comfortably.

2. What kind of workouts can I expect?
Each session includes a combination of strength training and conditioning tailored to your fitness level. You’ll also have a dedicated teaching section every day where we focus on proper movement, skills, and technique.

3. What if I can't make it to a class because I'm sick or something comes up?
As a rule, you must be 100% committed to attending all classes. However, we understand that life happens. If you can’t make it to a class, you must let us know before the class starts, and we’ll coordinate a time for you to make it up.

4. What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Let us know about any injuries or limitations, and we’ll modify exercises to suit your needs. Our goal is to keep you safe and successful throughout the program.

5. Will I get help with other habits?
This program focuses primarily on helping you build the habit of regular exercise. That’s step one. If you have questions about other habits or need guidance, our expert coaches are here to support you along the way.

6. Do I need to bring anything to class?
Just come ready to work out! Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle are all you need. We’ll provide the rest.

7. How many people will be in the class?
We keep the group size small to ensure you get personalized attention and feel comfortable. This also helps us maintain a supportive and encouraging environment.

8. Is there anything else included in the program?
We’re keeping it simple. Just show up on your designated days, get a great workout, and enjoy the results. That’s the whole program – no extra fluff, just what works.

9. Can I cancel at any time?
We know this program will work for anyone who commits. That’s why we have a no cancellation/refund policy – we expect 100% follow-through. However, if an extreme situation arises, please communicate with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

10. Why is there an application process?
We want to make sure this program is the right fit for everyone involved. The application helps us ensure that participants are committed and ready to make a positive change in their lives.

11. Why is the program not free?
