What is the basic structure?

  1. Take nutrition, lifestyle, fitness, and body composition assessments
  2. Get assigned to a coach and an accountability team
  3. Receive nutrition and lifestyle guidance
  4. Work on and track habits daily through apps
  5. Attend weekly group meetings and bi-weekly one on one calls
  6. Re-test your lifestyle, fitness, and body composition

Athan is a former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger. In addition to owning and coaching at two gyms, he currently serves as a Master Fitness Trainer for the U.S. Army. But don’t be intimidated- Athan has a big smile and a big heart. His mission in life is to help others achieve optimal health, deep human connection, and self-actualization.
